• Conduct virtual therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to foster emotional healing and resilience in clients.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that set clear goals and measurable objectives, regularly assessing client progress to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Participate in regular case consultations with a diverse team of social workers, psychologists, and psychiatrists to enhance integrated care.
• Remain up-to-date on the latest mental health research and best practices through ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
• Provide constructive feedback on clinical approaches to refine service delivery and improve strategies for patient engagement and outcomes.

This role focuses on serving a variety of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational conflicts. • A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure in California as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC is required.
• A minimum of two years of hands-on clinical experience in a therapeutic setting.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong therapeutic alliances with diverse populations.

• Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote therapy techniques is a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of evidence-based interventions tailored to various mental health disorders.

The salary range for this position is between $110,000 and $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
