Support Marine Corps Training and Readiness

Green Cell Consulting is seeking a highly qualified RFMSS Administrator to support Marine Corps training and readiness. In this role, you will spearhead the scheduling, certification, and live-fire integration of Marine Corps ranges using the Range Facility Management Support System (RFMSS), ensuring operational readiness without compromise. Position Summary

The RFMSS Administrator provides aviation, ground, laser safety, and range certification support by analyzing, recommending, and implementing Marine Corps range certification programs. This position plays a critical role in ensuring range operations, live-fire integration, and certification activities are conducted in accordance with Marine Corps standards and policies.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Provide analysis of installation range certifications IAW MCO 3550.9A with emphasis on live-fire integration and range operations supported through the Range Managers Toolkit (RMTK).
  • Provide analysis of air-to-ground and ground-to-ground weapons deliveries, including accompanying laser utilization requirements related to installation range certification package design.
  • Provide technical expertise concerning the implementation of range certification packages within a web-enabled environment utilizing the Marine Corps Range and Training Area Management System (MCRTAMS).
  • Assist with aviation, ground, laser, and range certification package development IAW MCO 3550.9A.
  • Support range management, scheduling, certification, and operational readiness initiatives across Marine Corps training ranges.
  • Provide subject matter expertise related to RFMSS administration, range operations, and range certification processes.
Minimum QualificationsClearance
  • Active Secret security clearance required.
Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Experience
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience utilizing the Range Facility Management Support System (RFMSS).
  • Experience supporting range operations, range scheduling, range certification, or related military training environments is highly desirable.
  • Ideal candidate is a former Marine with Range Control experience.
