Job description

****PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE read my entire posting before applying

Looking for the right person for the long haul.

We provide large item waste hauling services for multiple locations all over the Tampa Bay and surrounding areas. Mostly furniture ( couches, mattresses, tables, chairs,etc.)

Drivers pickup debris at specified locations at 6-12 properties per day.

Transport it to a landfill or dumpsite to empty it, then repeat

We drive pickup trucks with 16 foot trailers.

Must be able to back up a trailer like a pro.

Very physical job. lots of heavy lifting and moving.

Must be good with a hand truck

Must possess a CAN-DO Attitude with a helping of working smarter and not harder.

Must know your way around town and have a smart phone.

Need to be able to pack a small space efficiently without leaving too much empty airspace.

(moving experience is a plus)

Must have some mechanical sensibilities.

- changing a tire.

- Plugging a tire.

- taking trailers on and off the hitch.

- using ratchet straps.

- an understanding of leverage and balance, weight distribution.

Need to have a clean drivers license ( no moving violations within the last 5 years and NONE involving alcohol )

Must have reliable transportation to/from work

Must have IMPECCABLE communication and customer service skills
