Job description

Pay: $100.00 - $150.00 per hour

Job description:

Responsibilities

  • Execute HDR interior and exterior ground photography following MAM’s standardized shot list (provided at onboarding)
  • Fly drone aerials capturing exterior overview, lot context, and neighborhood shots per MAM’s aerial shot list
  • Capture drone video footage: orbital passes, ascending reveal shot, flyover, and any specified creative moves
  • Record gimbal-stabilized listing walkthrough video covering all key interior spaces and exterior features
  • Complete all services in a single coordinated property visit
  • Obtain LAANC airspace authorization before every shoot in controlled airspace using FAA DroneZone, AirMap, or Kittyhawk
  • Communicate professionally with listing agents, sellers, or property contacts on-site
  • Upload all RAW photo files and all RAW/LOG video files (clearly labeled by type) to MAM’s cloud delivery folder within 4 hours of shoot completion
  • Report any access issues, property readiness problems, airspace restrictions, or equipment failures to MAM’s coordinator immediately

Non-Negotiable Requirements

  • FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate (current, not expired) — legally required for all commercial drone operations
  • Professional drone capable of 4K aerial video and RAW aerial stills: DJI Mavic 3 Pro, DJI Air 3, DJI Phantom 4 Pro V2, or equivalent
  • Full-frame or APS-C mirrorless or DSLR camera with ultra-wide angle lens (16–24mm equivalent): Sony A7 series, Canon R series, Nikon Z series, or equivalent
  • Gimbal stabilizer or equivalent for listing walkthrough video (DJI RS4, Zhiyun Crane, or equivalent)
  • Professional tripod and remote shutter release
  • General liability insurance: minimum $1,000,000 per occurrence (Mountain Ascent Media listed as additional insured)
  • Drone hull/liability insurance: minimum $500,000 per occurrence
  • Valid Texas driver’s license and reliable vehicle
  • Ability to deliver organized, labeled RAW photo files and RAW/LOG video footage to MAM’s shared cloud folder within 4 hours of shoot completion
  • Minimum 6 months of verifiable professional real estate photography experience with a portfolio of 10+ recent DFW residential properties
  • Professional, client-facing demeanor — you represent Mountain Ascent Media at every property
