AdvantaClean provides 24/7 emergency services with water, fire and mold damage.
We're looking for an Office Manager who is excited to join our passionate, authentic and courageous team. Responsibilities of an Office Manager:
• Overseeing employees to ensure they submit paperwork in a timely manner.
• Occasionally answering calls and emails from customers and vendors and directing them to relevant staff if needed
• Monitoring and ordering inventory
• Previous basic accounting experience including A/P and A/R
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a professional image and demeanor
• Maintains and controls the paper flow of work orders, time sheets, time cards, and personnel records
• Assumes responsibility for all office-related tasks
• Support the Management Team in daily administrative functions
• Reporting office progress to senior management and working with them to improve office operations and procedures
• Ensure all job files are properly audited and contain all required documentation
• Assist owner with other tasks as needed
Requirements:
• High school diploma
• Proven experience as an Office manager or Administrative assistant
• Experience in Restoration is preferred
• Competency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in trade shows, event planning or community outreach.

Schedule: Full-time, this is an in office position however a hybrid schedule will be considered for the right candidate, Monday-Friday from 7:30 am - 4:00 pm.
Pay: $45,000 - $55,000 per year based on experience
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
