THE WORK
- Design and develop advanced power supplies, power systems, and power distribution for RADAR and other military systems.
- Manage requirements and maintain power budgets.
- Perform detailed analysis and select appropriate components.
- Produce design documentation, including schematics, parts lists, and cable designs.
- Create test plans, write technical reports, and support the build/test of assembled hardware.
- Collaborate with manufacturing and laboratory teams, providing hands-on technical assistance throughout the product lifecycle.

Basic Qualifications
Knowledge in switching and linear power supply design and test. Candidate should be familiar with power conversion topologies/techniques as well as designs involving COTS products.
Experience with lab equipment including oscilloscopes, DVMs, etc. is required.
The ability to obtain and hold a DOD security clearance.
About 15% travel is expected

Ability to work remotely
Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
National Pay Statement
The base range for this position in New Jersey is $75000 - 142760.
