As a Full Stack .NET Developer, you will contribute to the design, development, and enhancement of enterprise solutions within a collaborative and inclusive environment. You will help modernize applications, improve platform reliability, and deliver valuable user experiences while expanding your technical expertise and career growth.  

Key Responsibilities  

  • Design, develop, test, and support full-stack applications that support critical applications for Client Experience Technology SAvE Organization.  
  • Design and develop AI-powered applications using large language models (LLMs), and generative AI services. 
  • Contribute to modernization initiatives that improve application performance, reliability, security, and compliance.  
  • Build and integrate APIs and backend services that support business and technology objectives.  
  • Build agentic workflows using frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or AutoGen. 
  • Integrate MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers and tool-calling capabilities into AI applications. 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues while helping maintain platform stability and reliability.  
  • Apply AI-assisted development tools to improve development efficiency and code quality.  
  • Collaborate with engineers, product partners, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality technical solutions.  
  • Participate in code reviews, Agile ceremonies, and continuous improvement initiatives.  
  • Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge-sharing activities within the team.  
What you have

Required Qualifications  

  • 6+ years of professional experience in full-stack web application development, with 1+ years building AI/ML or LLM-powered applications.; BS/MS degree or equivalent experience.  
  • Experience developing and supporting web-based applications using modern development practices.  
  • Proficiency in C# and .NET Core or Python for developing backend services and APIs.  
  • Experience troubleshooting application issues and supporting production environments.  
  • Working knowledge of application security concepts and secure coding practices.  
  • Strong skills in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for developing responsive user interfaces.  
  • Experience building single-page applications using Angular and TypeScript.  
  • Experience designing, creating, and consuming RESTful APIs.  
  • Working knowledge of relational databases and NoSQL data stores.  
  • Experience implementing unit tests and supporting software quality practices.
