Position Summary:

Reporting to the Director of Web Development, the Lead Full Stack Developer will play a major role in running daily IT operations and leading new projects. This position is located within the corporate office in Irving, TX. This individual will work with various teams and divisions across the US & Canada to support aggressive growth and IT targets.


Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Must have hands-on Full Stack web development experience
  • Manage and work with onsite/offshore teams and help the team in finding solutions.
  • Leads development and implementation processes for the organizations IT systems and department.
  • Oversees security of systems, networks, and enterprise information.
  • Facilitates IT security audits or investigations.
  • Manage and delivering on multiple complex projects at the same time.
  • Ability to follow established coding standards and ensure implementation team members do the same.
  • Develops and maintains relationships with external IT vendors and service providers.
  • Coordinates multisite IT systems via enterprise resource planning (ERP).


Desired Professional Skills and Experience:

  • Technical understanding of all aspects of application development and deployment on projects they lead
  • Experience with modern CSS
  • Experience with any modern JavaScript framework
  • ‘Laravel’ framework experience
  • Hands on coding experience, python or PHP or C#
  • Hands on IT operations management
  • Experience designing ETLs or APIs
  • Solid understating of design patterns
  • Relational database experience, MS SQL and Azure Synapse preferred
  • Experience managing Infrastructure; must have a good technical understanding
  • Active Directory administration experience is highly preferred
  • Microsoft Business Central hand on experience
  • Hands on Full Stack or API development experience in any programming language
  • Previous success as a manager (or technical lead) on diverse aspects of complex projects
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision, relying on experience, research, and judgment to plan and accomplish assigned goals

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Ten years or more of related experience.
