Job Title: Senior .NET Full Stack Developer (C#, ASP.NET, Angular) Overview / Summary HTC Global is seeking a highly motivated Software Developer to join the Web Application Development team supporting Economic Services Re-Engineering projects and the Refugee Management System. The selected candidate will contribute to the development of a new Registration, Interview Center, and Eligibility System, working on the design, development, maintenance, and support of mission-critical web applications. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain software components and web applications using Microsoft technologies. Develop visual interfaces and web services using Microsoft Visual Studio, C#, ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC 3 or higher, .NET, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core Web API, Minimal API, Angular, PrimeNG, jQuery, and MS SQL Server. Perform code development, unit testing, source code management, build management, integration testing, and deployment. Collaborate with software engineers and technical leaders to understand subsystem and component specifications and recommend improvements. Work with industry and government representatives to understand and recommend data interchange formats, APIs, messaging strategies, application server software, hardware, and virtual machine requirements. Design and document subsystems and system components. Implement, debug, and test software subsystems and components. Participate in integrated testing on test and production servers. Communicate the impact of system-level decisions on subsystems and components. Define and communicate component requirements and capabilities within the overall system architecture. Support the team's technical infrastructure, including repositories, build systems, and testing systems, under guidance from project leads. Share technical knowledge within the organization and mentor junior software development engineers. Work collaboratively with the team to ensure successful project delivery. Contribute to the delivery of the Economic Services Re-Engineering project. Required Qualifications BS degree or equivalent work experience. 7+ years of experience independently designing and implementing medium- to large-scale software systems and components using .NET architectures. 5+ years of experience developing data-driven applications utilizing SQL databases as part of the overall application architecture. 5+ years of experience developing web-based software systems utilizing N-tier architectures, dynamic content, highly scalable approaches, and complex security models/implementations. 2+ years of experience with Angular. Experience with: Microsoft Visual Studio C# ASP.NET ASP.NET MVC 3 or higher .NET .NET Core ASP.NET Core Web API Minimal API MS SQL Server 2016 Team Foundation Server (TFS) IIS jQuery SSRS WCF Entity Framework 6 Responsive Design Angular (PrimeNG) AngularJS Ability to communicate software design and implementation decisions, including strengths, weaknesses, and rationale. Strong verbal and written communication skills with technical and non-technical staff, customers, stakeholders, and other State IT staff. Preferred Qualifications Experience designing and developing Economic Services Eligibility applications (SNAP/TANF). Experience with Agile software development. Microsoft Development Certifications.
