Job Summary:
Technical Intelligence Solutions, LLC is a company focused on computing process optimization and delivering innovative solutions for government customers. They are seeking a Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications in a collaborative Agile environment, supporting CI/CD efforts and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver technical solutions.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications in a collaborative Agile environment.
โ€ข Write and enhance code for software applications across various platforms.
โ€ข Debug, test, and review code to ensure reliability and performance.
โ€ข Support CI/CD efforts and participate in product lifecycle activities.
โ€ข Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define, refine, and deliver technical solutions.
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข Bachelorโ€™s degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of software engineering experience, or 8+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.
โ€ข 5+ years of experience designing, modifying, developing, and implementing software applications using Agile methods.
โ€ข Experience with multiple programming languages, tools, and web development stacks.
โ€ข Proven ability to switch between languages and learn new ones as needed.
โ€ข Familiarity with Agile, extreme programming, product management, and modern software practices.
โ€ข Experience writing, enhancing, and debugging code for new and existing applications.
โ€ข Code review and merge request experience.
โ€ข Ability to use automated testing tools for application testing and maintenance.
โ€ข Must obtain a DoD 8570 Compliant Security+ or CISSP certification within 30 days of hire.
โ€ข Proficiency in one or more of the following: Java (Spring Framework), Python, C#, C/C++, .NET, JavaScript, React, NodeJS, PHP, Drupal.
โ€ข Experience with data solutions, data stores, and structured/unstructured data types.
โ€ข Familiarity with intelligence disciplines such as GEOINT, HUMINT, MASINT, OSINT, and SIGINT.
โ€ข Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jasmine, Karma, Selenium).
โ€ข Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.
โ€ข Understanding of JavaScript standards, JSON, REST, CORS, web architecture, and HTTP.
