Job description

The line cook is responsible for running the line. They will be tasked with preparing high volume orders for dine in and take
out. The cook MUST have prior restaurant line cooking experience, with a full understanding of how to cook, set up, clean,
stock, and break down the line. The cook must also have knowledge of food service policies/procedures. The cook must also
be able to help with food stocking/restocking and cleaning of the kitchen. Lastly the cook must be comfortable in a high
volume environment and have a positive attitude.
