Job description

Flight Simulator Hardware Engineer – Air & Commercial Solutions (ACS) Program Location : Orlando, FL(Hybrid) Duration : Long term Engineer will be a Hardware Engineering on a development team that delivers a FAA Level D Full Flight Simulator for our customer. Primary responsibilities include: • Complete hardware design and development activities for power and control systems, motion platform integration, visual display systems, avionics interfaces, and ancillary equipment. • Manage end to end integration of the new simulator hardware with the existing building infrastructure, including HVAC, electrical distribution, grounding, and fire and smoke monitoring systems. • Lead other Hardware Engineers that synchronizes engineering, procurement, production planning, manufacturing, and suppliers to ensure design is completed as scheduled. Develop innovative solutions to a range of complex problems that are consistent with the program objectives.
