THE ROLE
As a Fulfillment Specialist, your responsibilities include ensuring accurate and timely order processing while upholding top quality control standards. This position requires someone adaptable with keen attention to detail, along with a positive and collaborative attitude.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Accurately document and log received items into the inventory management system
  • Collaborate with other departments, including outbound and inventory control, to ensure smooth operations
  • Uphold high-quality standards in product handling and packaging
  • Demonstrate a problem-solving attitude and actively identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Consistently meet deadlines while being dependable and consistent in tasks and responsibilities
  • Perform other duties as assigned with the flexibility to rotate to other departments and work extended hours, as necessary to support the business
  • Must be willing to work in a cold / freezer work environment. Must be comfortable working in a multi-temperature environment ranging from -10 degrees to 40 degrees Fahrenheit and outside ambient temperatures (including heat and cold).
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Prior logistics, fulfillment, or similar industry experience preferred
  • Able to stand and walk for extended periods, frequently reaching with hands and arms, twisting, bending, stooping, squatting, lifting and carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to work overtime during peak periods
  • Ability to work in a temperature controlled environment
  • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with hand-held scanners
