Job description

Fuel Drop Distributors, INC is a growing fuel and oil distribution wholesale company looking for an experienced Fuel & Oil Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our Inland Empire facility. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for managing fuel, lubricants, and oil inventory while ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient warehouse operations.

You will report directly to the VP of Operations and play a critical role in supporting our supply chain, warehouse team, and dispatch coordination.


Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience supervising warehouse operations within the fuel, oil, petroleum, or related industrial distribution industry
  • Working knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and DOT regulations related to hazardous materials and fuel handling
  • Experience managing petroleum-based inventory and warehouse operations
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain accurate inventory and shipping records
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record consistent with company insurance requirements
  • Ability to comply with applicable company safety, drug and alcohol, and workplace policies
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs+
  • Forklift certification
  • Experience coordinating dispatch schedules in a fuel distribution environment


Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily warehouse operations and support warehouse personnel
  • Manage inventory of fuels, lubricants, oils, and related petroleum products
  • Coordinate product deliveries, receiving, transfers, and dispatch support
  • Ensure compliance with applicable OSHA, EPA, DOT, and company safety standards and procedures
  • Maintain accurate inventory, shipping, receiving, and compliance documentation
  • Oversee warehouse cleanliness, organization, and facility maintenance
  • Assist with customer service inquiries and dispatch coordination
  • Train and support warehouse team members
  • Perform local deliveries and operational support tasks as needed

 

Schedule

Full-time position Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Additional hours, overtime, or weekend work may be required based on operational needs.


Work Environment

This role operates in a warehouse environment involving petroleum-based products and may require standing, walking, lifting, and operating warehouse equipment in varying temperatures and outdoor conditions.
