Centra Sota Cooperative's vision is to improve lives and create a more vibrant future for farmers, families, and communities in Central MN. We are seeking a Fleet Mechanic & Trainer to join our team. This role combines hands-on diagnostics and repair with training and mentoring responsibilities, helping us reduce outsourcing costs and strengthen our in-house expertise.
What You'll Do
  • Provide accurate and efficient delivery of bulk fuel and energy related products
  • Perform deliveries in such a manner as to maintain good customer relations.
  • Accurately complete all invoices and related paperwork in a timely manner.
  • Know and follow all company safety policies and procedures. Perform work in a safe manner.
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections. Report all maintenance items to supervisor.

What We're Looking For
  • Maintain a valid Class B CDL with Hazmat, Tanker, and Air Brake endorsements.
  • Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn additional operational software programs.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, supervisors, and customers.
  • Strong organizational skills, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
