Who We Are:
Texas Pride Fuels pioneered the process of automated frac fueling, creating the Ultimate Fueling Operation, providing greater safety, more efficiency, and better service for our customers. We operate all over west Texas, southeast New Mexico, and central Oklahoma, providing full-service, around-the-clock, diesel fuel and lubricant supply.
What You'll Do:
The Lead Dispatcher will oversee the efficient and safe distribution of fuel products to our valued customers by utilizing strong organizational skills, real-time monitoring capabilities, and effective communication with company drivers, vendors, and members of the dispatch team. This position will play a large role in the dynamic, ongoing, operational success of the dispatch office here at Texas Pride Fuels.
What We're Looking For:
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in the efficient dispatching of commercial vehicles and the movement of product to customer locations utilizing GPS tracking technology and real-time data feeds. The ideal candidate will also have significant leadership experience in dynamic and fast-paced work environments. This will require the ideal candidate to establish strong communication with customers and colleagues, enforce adherence to company safety regulations and best practices, maintain accurate records, collaborate with company drivers and related departmental staff, and identify opportunities for process enhancement and operational efficiency.
When and Where You'll Work:
This is a full-time position that will work at our corporate headquarters in Springtown, TX. Ideally, this position will work Monday - Friday, business hours, with some on-call responsibilities.
What We Offer:
  • Starting hourly rate $25-$26/hour, commensurate with experience.
