Role Purpose
Fuel Farm Dispatcher Coordinates and monitors the receiving, storing, transferring and dispensing of petroleum products at all storage facilities in accordance with established procedures and quality controls. While maintaining proper communication with Supervisors, Fuel Companies, Airlines and employees.

What you will be doing

  • Inventory, daily, weekly and monthly's petroleum products as required.
  • Prepare and process required documentation to relate to the work performed.
  • Responsible for dispatching work assignments to a group engaged in fuel system maintenance, aircraft servicing, and related functions.
  • Ensures proper utilization of personnel and equipment and imparts current tor new occupational knowledge to workers within the classification of Gauger and Pipeline Technician.
  • Responsible for the operation of fire/safety control systems associated with all storage facilities. Performs the necessary duties required in accordance with good housekeeping and safety practices.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and as required, airport facility driver's license and/or permit required as a condition of employment.
  • Coordinate operations with the airline.
  • Ensure the safe and secure operations, in accordance with the highest possible standards of health, safety, security and all government statutory requirements.
  • Comply with the Stations’ attendance tardiness standards

  • Carry out work in accordance with information and training provided and any specific workplace health and safety rules or procedures.
  • Fully understand the company health and safety policy.

  • or one to three months related experience and/or training.

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
  • Possess/maintain a valid driver’s license and other FAA Airport required identification/seals or authorizations.
