Senior Commercial Electrical Foreman
Pay: $40.00–$50.00 per hour + Profit Sharing + Benefits
Job Type: Full-Time
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Electrical Foreman to join our growing team. This position is for a highly skilled electrical professional who takes pride in quality workmanship, leadership, safety, and delivering successful projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage commercial electrical projects from start to finish
  • Supervise multiple crews while maintaining schedules and budgets
  • Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents
  • Coordinate electrical work with general contractors, project managers, and other trades
  • Order materials and plan project layouts
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards
  • Mentor and develop field personnel

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of commercial electrical experience
  • Proven experience running commercial electrical projects from the ground up
  • Ability to manage multiple crews and maintain project budgets
  • Experience operating heavy equipment including excavators, bucket trucks, trenchers, and similar equipment
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Drug-free workplace

Required Technical Experience:

Candidates must be proficient in:

  • Mechanical power wiring
  • General purpose power wiring
  • Switchgear installation and wiring
  • Grounding and bonding
  • Lighting fixture installation and wiring
  • Lighting control systems
  • Conduit and feeder installation
  • Generator installation and wiring
  • Fire alarm system installation and wiring
  • Commercial electrical troubleshooting and coordination
  • Electrical Service Requirements
