Join a fast-paced food manufacturing team where quality, safety, and teamwork drive everything we do! The FSQA Supervisor oversees 2nd shift operations to ensure food safety, product quality, and compliance with all SQF and regulatory standards. This role leads a dedicated team focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence.


What You'll Do
  • Lead and support the FSQA team to meet quality and production goals.

  • Ensure HACCP, Food Safety, and Quality programs are followed and updated.

  • Train, coach, and develop quality staff.

  • Maintain records and documentation for audits and compliance.

  • Partner with Production, Maintenance, and Warehouse to resolve issues quickly.

  • Support continuous improvement and root cause analysis for quality concerns.


What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science or related field.

  • HACCP and GFSI certifications required (PCQI preferred).

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in food manufacturing QA or food safety.

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

  • Proficient in Office 365; bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

  • Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.


Work Environment

Cold (34ยฐF-38ยฐF), fast-paced production setting with exposure to wet floors, noise, and moving equipment. Standing and lifting up to 50 lbs. required. PPE provided.
