We are seeking a ServiceNow Solution Architect with Financial Services Operations (FSO) experience to design and implement enterprise ServiceNow solutions for financial services clients. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in dispute management processes and ServiceNow platform architecture.
Key Responsibilities
•    Design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions for financial services operations.
•    Lead architecture and implementation of dispute management workflows and case management processes.
•    Define solution architecture aligned with enterprise ServiceNow standards and best practices.
•    Translate business requirements into scalable platform solutions.
•    Guide development teams and review technical designs and customizations.
•    Implement integrations between ServiceNow and financial systems or enterprise platforms.
•    Ensure solutions follow security, compliance, and governance frameworks.
•    Support stakeholders during design workshops, POCs, and production deployments.
Required Qualifications
•    10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in ServiceNow architecture
•    Experience implementing ServiceNow solutions in financial services or banking domains
•    Hands-on knowledge of case management and dispute management processes
•    Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture, integrations, and workflow automation
•    Experience leading technical teams and complex implementations
Preferred Skills
•    ServiceNow CSA, CAD, or Architect certifications
•    Experience with Financial Services Operations (FSO) modules
