Position Description:

  • Source print and promotional items based on client specifications and account manager guidance
  • Create purchase orders and distribute to vendors based on client instructions
  • Actively schedule and manage timelines for arriving product
  • Evaluate supplier capabilities based on client needs
  • Ensure product delivery requirements are fulfilled by vendors
  • Expediently resolve and respond to client inquiries
  • Manage supply levels and ensure all necessary materials are on hand
  • Observe and relay potential improvement opportunities to account manager
