Description:

The Prepared Produce Team Member supports the daily operations of the Prepared Produce section, including cut fruit, packaged produce, and fresh juiced items. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional Customer Service, executing daily production, and maintaining clean, well-stocked, and appealing displays. Team Members work closely with department leadership and fellow team members to uphold freshness, food safety, and presentation standards while creating a positive shopping experience.

What you will do:

Prepare, package, and label fresh-cut fruit, packaged produce, and juiced items.

Stock and rotate product to ensure freshness, quality, and visual appeal.

Maintain proper signage and pricing, ensuring compliance with COOL (Country of Origin Labeling) and Plum Market standards.

Maintain a clean, organized workspace and backstock area at all times.

Follow all food safety, health, and sanitation protocols.

Support department merchandising, promotional sets, and seasonal resets.

Assist Guests with product questions and provide recommendations with a friendly, helpful attitude.

Communicate clearly with Team Members, Store Leadership, and retail Customers.

Uphold all Plum Market policies, procedures, and service expectations.
