Job Summary

The Production Team Member is responsible for supporting daily operations along the production line. This role involves handling product, operating machinery, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.


Primary Responsibilities
  • Follow company standards for speed, quality, and food safety

  • Work in various roles on the production line, including cutting/trimming, loading/unloading centrifuge machines, bagging, packing, and other duties as needed

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work environment

  • Handle equipment and tools safely and report any issues immediately

  • Adhere to all company policies, food safety protocols, and health/safety regulations

  • Report pest or product quality issues to the supervisor, including type, location, and severity

  • Remain punctual and accurately use the company’s time-tracking system during breaks and lunches

  • Work in a production environment averaging 70°F, with background noise around 70 decibels


Basic Job Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age

  • Must be a U.S. citizen, legal migrant, or permanent resident

  • Willing to work overtime or weekends when required

  • Able to take direction, accept feedback, and work independently or in a team


Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand and walk on hard surfaces for extended periods

  • Regularly lift and move 1–50 pounds

  • Lift up to 50 pounds from floor level

  • Ability to squat, kneel, crouch, and reach throughout the shift

  • Tolerate cold environments (as low as 34°F) for long duration


Schedule
  • 10-hour shifts

  • Night Shift (7.30.00 pm - 6.00 am)

  • Overtime and weekend availability required


Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
