Job description

This position involves performing painting services in a variety of settings, including residential group homes, office buildings, and apartment buildings. In addition to painting, the Painter will be responsible for installing FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Panels), and completing general wall, door, and trim work order repairs as needed.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Completes the entire painting process and coordinates with Maintenance Manager until the work order is closed.
  • Completes interior and exterior painting in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare surfaces by washing walls, patching holes, sanding, and priming as needed
  • Installs FRP panels, repair or replace drywall, trim, base boards/trim, doors, and other surfaces as necessary.
  • Performs minor and routine maintenance, repairs and janitorial duties as required during an assigned painting job.
