Join Frontline Security Services as a Commission-Based Security Account Sales Partner

Are you a motivated sales professional or strong networker with the ability to build relationships and identify business opportunities? Frontline Security Services, LLC is seeking commission-based Security Account Sales Partners to help develop new security service accounts across Michigan.

This is a flexible, commission-based opportunity for individuals who are comfortable speaking with business owners, property managers, facility managers, event organizers, and decision-makers who may need professional security services.

This is not an hourly security guard position. This is a sales and account development opportunity.

Frontline Security Services, LLC is based in Saginaw, Michigan and provides professional security services to businesses, organizations, events, and commercial properties throughout Michigan. Our focus is safety, reliability, professionalism, and helping clients address real security concerns.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking qualified Sales Partners who can help introduce Frontline to new client opportunities.

What You’ll Do

As a Commission-Based Security Account Sales Partner, your role will be to identify and refer businesses or organizations that may need security services.

Responsibilities include:

  • Identifying potential security service accounts across Michigan
  • Building relationships with business owners, managers, and decision-makers
  • Gathering basic client information, including site address, contact person, requested coverage, and security concerns
  • Submitting qualified leads to Frontline for review
  • Helping schedule client walkthroughs or meetings when requested
  • Presenting Frontline’s services using approved company information
  • Maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times
Potential Client Types

Sales Partners may seek opportunities with:

  • Apartment complexes
  • Retail plazas
  • Warehouses
  • Trucking yards
  • Manufacturing facilities
  • Construction sites
  • Churches
  • Event halls
  • Parking lots

  • Commercial properties
Compensation

This is a commission-only opportunity.

Sales Partners are paid only after Frontline receives payment from an approved client account.

Commission structure:

  • Long-term accounts: 5% of gross paid revenue for the first 12 months of paid service
  • One-time events or short-term assignments: 10% of gross paid revenue after the invoice is paid

No commission is paid on rejected leads, duplicate leads, unpaid invoices, disputed invoices, cancelled services, or accounts already known to Frontline.


Example Earnings

If a referred long-term client pays Frontline $4,000 per month for approved security services, the Sales Partner may earn $200 per month for the first 12 months, as long as the account remains active, approved, and paid.

If a one-time event pays Frontline $1,000, the Sales Partner may earn $100 after the invoice is paid.


What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate should have:

  • At least 1 year of sales, customer service, security, or business development experience preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A professional and ethical approach
  • Ability to work independently
  • Reliable phone and email communication
  • Confidence speaking with business owners and managers
  • Interest in helping businesses improve safety and security

Prior experience in security, law enforcement, corrections, military service, property management, facility management, or event services is helpful but not required.


Important Restrictions

Sales Partners are not authorized to:

  • Sign contracts on behalf of Frontline
  • Set final pricing
  • Hire or schedule guards
  • Collect payments from clients
  • Promise armed security services without approval
  • Use Frontline’s license as their own
  • Create unauthorized flyers, contracts, uniforms, badges, or business cards
  • Represent themselves as an owner, manager, or licensed operator of Frontline

Frontline controls all client contracts, pricing approval, billing, staffing, licensing compliance, post orders, and service operations.


Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must be professional, trustworthy, and dependable
  • Must be able to submit accurate lead information
  • Must follow Frontline’s sales partner rules
  • Must not make unauthorized promises to clients
  • Must sign a Level 1 Sales Partner Agreement before representing Frontline
