Job Description

EchoPark Automotive is looking for an Assistant Recon Manager to join our team in Birmingham, AL.

Our Assistant Recon Coach's priority is to support their teams in delivering vehicles reconditioned within our quality and time standards.The Assistant Recon Coach is accountable for achieving the desired targets for volume, quality and time standards, guest satisfaction, profitability, market share, and brand identity.

What You Will Do:
  • Support the Recon Manager in overseeing daily reconditioning operations
  • Drive production to meet frontline commitments and inventory targets
  • Monitor aging units and ensuretimelycompletion
  • Partner with technicians, parts, and vendors to remove roadblocks
  • Maintain high quality, cost control, and safety standards across all repairs
  • Validate recommended repairs and adherence to our Reconditioning Standards
  • Assistwith scheduling, workflow management, and team accountability
  • Track performance metrics andidentifyopportunities for improvement
