• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to devise personalized treatment plans that meet their unique mental health needs.
• Deliver a range of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, in both individual and group settings.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients, enhancing treatment efficacy.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training, staying abreast of the latest research and advancements in mental health.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Frontier Counseling Services, you will serve a diverse client population, including individuals and families facing a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. Your work will significantly impact the lives of clients with limited access to mental health resources, providing them with the support and guidance they need to thrive.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting is mandatory.
• A solid understanding of legal and ethical standards related to mental health practice is essential.
• Demonstrated excellence in communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with a diverse range of clients.
• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software and related technologies is necessary for efficient documentation and case management.

• Experience or specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance use therapy is highly desirable.
• A proven ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team, enhancing therapeutic outcomes through joint efforts.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to USD 90,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and caseload.
