Frontier Behavioral Health Center is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a passion for improving lives. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial assessments and continuous evaluations of clientsโ€™ mental health status through one-on-one sessions, active listening, and empathetic engagement.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans that address specific issues such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and more, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
  • Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing culturally responsive methods to engage clients and promote successful outcomes.
  • Regularly monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary and providing ongoing support with effective therapeutic tools and strategies.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care for clients requiring additional support.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation using electronic health record (EHR) systems to track client interactions and treatment outcomes.
