Collaborating with designers can involve translating creative concepts into responsive, accessible code, while working with backend teams requires aligning on data structures, API integration, and performance optimizations. Effective communication and flexibility are key to resolving mismatches in expectations or technical constraints, and many teams use tools like Figma, Storybook, and API documentation to streamline collaboration.
