Hai Hospitality is accepting applications for an experienced Restaurant Front of House Manager for Uchi Salt Lake City.

Hai Hospitality is an innovative and growing restaurant group with restaurants in Austin, Dallas, Houston, Denver, Scottsdale, Los Angeles, Philadelphia, and Miami, with new openings coming soon in Charlotte, Washington D.C., Bethesda, Newport Beach, and additional locations in Miami.

About the Role

The Front of House Manager plays a key leadership role in the daily operations of the restaurant. This position helps lead the service team, supports the development of staff, and ensures that every guest experience reflects Hai Hospitality's standards of thoughtful, genuine hospitality. Our managers work closely with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to maintain service excellence, support team growth, and uphold the culture of the restaurant.

Basic Qualifications
