The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for ensuring the success and growth of the restaurant — from staffing and financial performance to innovation, cleanliness, culture, and reputation. The Restaurant General Manager sets the tone, establishes the standards, and inspires the team to deliver memorable dining experiences that exceed expectations.


Requested Tasks

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations (FOH & BOH)
  • Hire, train, mentor, and lead team members and department leaders
  • Establish and uphold service, appearance, and operational standards
  • Partner with the Executive Chef on menu development, product consistency, and training
  • Monitor budgets, payroll, inventory, and financial performance
  • Develop strategies to grow revenue and enhance reputation
