What we expect from you
The General Manager will be responsible for keeping our restaurant exceptionally clean and well-run. S/he will lead day-to-day restaurant operations and staff management. These duties will include executing company policies, procedures and programs. As the Restaurant Manager, you will report directly to the District Manager. Some of your responsibilities include:
  • Comply with food safety procedures and ensure every item served is Wendy's Quality
  • Work with management team to meet restaurant goals
  • Manage food and labor costs
  • Demonstrated Knowledge and Execution of Wendy's company policies and procedures
  • Monitor food inventory levels
  • Manage and maintain safe working conditions
  • Provide Leadership, Direction, Training and Development to subordinate Restaurant Managers, Shift Supervisors and Team Members
  • Inspire Team Members to go above and beyond by helping to advance their skills
  • Interview for selection in hiring on all staffing levels to create a Team of customer-oriented, highly productive employees, understanding that growth is as much about people as it is about dollars
  • Maintain fast, accurate service and provide top-notch customer service to every guest that comes into our fast food restaurant.
  • Minimum of 2 years Shift Supervisor or 1 year Restaurant Manager/Assistant Manager experience required (preferred in high volume QSR &/or fast casual concepts)
  • Open/Flexible work availability and excellent attendance
  • Valid DL in good standing & access to private transportation required
