Job description

Santa Rosa Golf & Beach Club is excited to announce the exceptional career opportunity of sonal part-time Guest Service Attendant for our Beach Club. Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service to the clubs managed by Troon.
Start Date: March 1, 2026
General Purpose:
Position will be located at the Beach Club. Assist guests/members with check in and check out and serves as an information source for guests.
Key Responsibilities of the Front Desk Attendant
  • Greets and checks in all visitors in a pleasant, courteous and professional manner.
  • Assists with any guests/members interactions with the front gate.
  • Responsible for issuing towels for guests.
  • Performs other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications for the Front Desk Attendant:
  • High school diploma or general education degree; or one (1) year administrative experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Other Qualifications:
  • Ability to read and speak English in order to perform the duties of the job.
  • Possesses computer skills, including, but not limited to, use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Jonas and Publisher.
