Job description

Marriott Albuquerque is currently seeking a friendly and outgoing Front Desk Clerk to join our team. We ensure a professional work environment and focus on our staff's growth within the industry.
Responsibilities:
  • Check-in and check-out guests.
  • Respond to guest inquiries, and requests and resolve guest issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
  • Answer inquiries pertaining to hotel services, registration, shopping, and dining directions.
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions and process guest accounts.
  • Any and all other work required.
  • Must be flexible to workdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Front Desk experience preferred but will train.
  • Able to read, write and communicate in English.
