Job Title: Front Desk Manager


Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel front desk. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional guest experiences, manage front desk staff, and maintain efficient front office procedures.


Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise front desk operations, including check-in and check-out processes

- Train, mentor, and manage front desk staff to deliver outstanding customer service

- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner

- Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions

- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

- Monitor and manage room availability and reservations

- Implement and uphold hotel policies and procedures

- Prepare reports on front desk operations and guest feedback
