Front Desk Reception

Position Title - Front Desk Reception

Student Status - Work Study Optional – You are not required to be a Federal Work Study Recipient to hold this position.

Work Location - Springfield Campus

Department - Provost Office

Hiring Range - $15.00

Sponsorship Information - Applicants must be currently authorized to work for ANY employer in the United States on a full-time basis. This position is not eligible for work visa sponsorship.

Department/Employer Operating Hours - M-F 8-5pm

How many hours per week are required? - 10 to 20

Description of Primary Duties - 1) Greet visitors to the Provost Office 2) Answer Phone as Needed 3) Light clerical work as needed by the Provost Office personnel

Required Qualifications - Must have at least a 2.0 GPA; be enrolled in at least 6 credit hours each semester; be Work Study eligible if applying as a Work Study student
