We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. We are hiring full time and part time positions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for providing outstanding guest service. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a memorable stay from check-in to check-out.
Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival and departure
  • Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately
  • Manage reservations via phone, email, and in-person
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
  • Process payments and manage the cash drawer
  • Provide information about the hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure guest satisfaction
