As our Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist, you will use your warm and engaging personality to greet customers when they come to our dealership. This is often the first person the customer comes into contact with so being polished and professional is key to representing the dealership well.


Every day you will use your energetic and inviting attitude to welcome customers to the dealership, answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate place, enter customers information into our software, provide administrative support to departments to ensure customer experience is the highest quality.


To thrive in this job, you're an experienced Front Desk Receptionist; loves interacting with all types of people; not afraid to be asked questions; and willing to work in an environment of fluctuating volumes of work. 


The qualified candidate will have the following attributes:

  • Experience as a Front Desk Receptionist.
  • Computer proficiency.
  • Ability to keep work area organized and clean.
  • Independent worker, needs minimal supervision and direction.
  • Portrays positive and professional attitude to customers and coworkers, continually.
  • Detail oriented.
