Front Desk Receptionist – La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Virginia Beach

We’re looking for a sharp, reliable, and guest-focused Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at La Quinta Inn & Suites. This role is the heart of our guest experience—you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, handling check-ins, reservations, and questions with professionalism and warmth. Looking for a Rotational front desk agent willingness to work Morning, Mid and Night Auditor shift as per requirements.

What You’ll Do

  • Greet and assist guests in a friendly, professional manner.
  • Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations using SynXis PMS (training available if needed).
  • Answer and direct phone calls, manage messages, and assist with guest inquiries.
  • Manage multiple tasks at once while keeping accuracy and speed.
  • Handle guest concerns calmly, including difficult or aggressive situations, and find solutions.
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk area.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks as needed.

  • Experience with SynXis PMS (or ability to learn very quickly).
