Job description

Dundee Hills RV Resort is seeking a dependable, friendly, and hardworking individual to join our team in a combined Front Desk / Housekeeping position. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in keeping spaces clean and welcoming, and is comfortable switching between guest service and housekeeping responsibilities as needed.

We are a hospitality-focused RV resort located in Oregon wine country, and our goal is to provide every guest with a clean, comfortable, friendly, and memorable stay.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Front Desk / Housekeeping Team Member will assist with daily resort operations, including welcoming guests, handling reservations and guest questions, maintaining our cottages and common areas, and supporting the team wherever needed.

Because this is a dual-role position, applicants must be willing and able to perform both front desk and housekeeping duties.

FRONT DESK RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional customer service.
  • Assist guests with check-ins and check-outs.
  • Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and guest questions.
  • Assist with making, modifying, and reviewing reservations.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate reservation information.
  • Provide guests with information about resort amenities, policies, local wineries, restaurants, and area attractions.
  • Communicate guest requests and maintenance concerns to the appropriate team members.
  • Help ensure arriving guests have a smooth and welcoming check-in experience.
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and professional front desk and office area.
  • Address guest concerns professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary.
  • Assist with other administrative and resort-related duties as assigned.
HOUSEKEEPING RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Clean and prepare resort cottages for arriving guests.
  • Clean bathrooms, showers, laundry areas, the clubhouse/event center, and other common areas.
  • Change linens and make beds.
  • Clean kitchens and appliances.
  • Sweep, vacuum, mop, dust, and sanitize surfaces.
  • Restock towels, linens, toiletries, and guest supplies.
  • Inspect cottages after cleaning to ensure they meet resort standards.
  • Report damaged, missing, or malfunctioning items to management.
  • Assist with laundry, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens.
  • Help maintain clean and inviting outdoor and guest-facing areas when needed.

SCHEDULE: SUNDAY - TUESDAY 8:45AM - 5/5:30/6:00PM

PAY: $17-$18 (based on experience)

Requirements

This position requires regular physical activity. Applicants must be able to:

  • Stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Bend, reach, kneel, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks.
  • Lift and carry housekeeping supplies, linens, and other items.
  • Move between cottages, resort buildings, and outdoor areas throughout the shift.
  • Perform housekeeping duties safely and efficiently.
