TON RÔLE

  • Effectuer la gestion des arrivées, des départs et des réservations;
  • Fournir aux clients des renseignements sur les services de l'hôtel ainsi que sur les services essentiels à l'extérieur de l'hôtel;
  • Gérer des plaintes et répondre à des situations d'urgence;
  • Accomplir le travail administratif en lien avec le poste;
  • Accomplir toute autre tâche connexe ou fonction reliée au poste, tout en s'assurant de mettre en application les procédures et politiques de l'entreprise.

FORMATIONS, EXPÉRIENCES ET COMPÉTENCES 

  • Diplôme d'études secondaires (D.E.S.), diplôme d'études professionnelles (D.E.P.) de réception en hôtellerie ou technique de gestion hôtelière ou toute combinaison d'expérience en service à la clientèle, un atout;
  • Minimum de 1 à 2 ans dans un poste similaire et/ou en hôtellerie - un atout;
  • Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais de niveau avancé est requis afin de pouvoir soutenir une conversation avec notre clientèle anglophone et répondre aux demandes par écrit;
  • Posséder un sens du service à la clientèle hors pair; 
  • Avoir une excellente écoute et savoir cibler les besoins du client;
  • Posséder une connaissance des logiciels hôteliers - un atout.
