Leading Smith System Training

  • Support operator coaching and development initiatives

Supporting Operations

  • Provide operational and administrative support as needed

Why This Role Is Different:

What You Get When You Join:

  • Competitive compensation package
  • Paid Time Off
  • Medical, Dental & Vision Benefits plus 401(k) with company match
  • Company-paid disability and life insurance
  • Independent work environment where you are accountable for your own time and results
  • Annual holiday weekend celebration in Downtown Nashville. Travel expenses are Company Paid!
  • Free pizza!

Growth & Opportunity

We believe in developing our people and promoting from within whenever possible. You will gain exposure, development, and coaching while working alongside leaders who understand the realities of field operations and transportation safety.

Rewards & Culture

We take a personal interest in our people, their growth, their families, and their success. You will work alongside leaders who value teamwork, professionalism, accountability, and service.
