We are seeking a Per Diem Registered Nurse (RN) to support client intake, clinical compliance, caregiver competency oversight, and ongoing client management on an as-needed basis.
This role provides flexible scheduling based on client volume and agency needs.
This is not a bedside hospital position.

Key Responsibilities
Client Intake & Assessments
โ€ข Conduct initial and ongoing client assessments (in-home or virtual)
โ€ข Evaluate client needs, risks, and service appropriateness

Compliance & Clinical Oversight
โ€ข Ensure compliance with Minnesota home care regulations
