Salary Range: $220,000 - $300,000 per year (DOE)

Position Summary
As the Clinical Director - Adult Medicine, you will lead a dynamic department focused on delivering high-quality care to adult patients. This role combines clinical responsibilities with administrative leadership, overseeing operations, patient outcomes, and team performance. You will collaborate with executive leadership and interdisciplinary teams to drive continuous improvement, enhance patient satisfaction, and support strategic initiatives within a mission-driven healthcare organization.

• Key Duties:
  • Provide clinical leadership and oversight of the Adult Medicine Department
  • Deliver direct patient care while ensuring adherence to clinical standards and protocols
  • Collaborate with leadership, including the Chief Medical Officer and interdisciplinary teams, to optimize operations
  • Mentor, supervise, and support providers including APRNs and Physician Assistants
  • Drive process improvements, workflow optimization, and patient outcome initiatives
  • Monitor department performance, patient experience, and quality metrics
  • Participate in strategic planning and program development

Requirements
• Education
  • Required: Graduate of an accredited medical school

• Licenses & Certifications
  • Required: Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
