Overview
A private principal based in New York City is seeking a highly skilled Seasonal Private Chef to provide healthy, nutrition-focused meal service throughout the summer. This role will primarily support one principal and requires a chef who is exceptionally knowledgeable about clean eating, calorie and macronutrient tracking, and preparing flavorful meals while adhering to specific dietary preferences and nutritional goals.
The ideal candidate is passionate about health and wellness, understands how to create elevated meals without relying on heavy sauces, excessive butter, or unnecessary fats, and can consistently deliver restaurant-quality cuisine that aligns with a disciplined, health-conscious lifestyle.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve dinner Sunday through Wednesday evenings
- Prepare lunch Monday through Thursday, including meals that may need to be packaged and delivered for the principal's workday
- Develop menus aligned with the principal's nutritional goals and dietary preferences
- Track and calculate calories, macronutrients, and portion sizes as requested
