Job Description
• Monitor and manage IT infrastructure to ensure uptime and performance;
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues to identify root causes and implement solutions;
• Perform regular system maintenance tasks, such as updates, backups, and patches;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies and improve existing systems;
• Create and maintain documentation for IT processes, procedures, and configurations;
• Implement and maintain security measures to protect systems and data from cyber threats;
• Provide technical support and assistance to end users on IT-related issues.

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is:
50,000 to 62,500 USD
