Role Overview

Plego is seeking multiple driven and experienced MSP Sales Leads to join our growing team and drive recurring revenue across managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud, licensing, and professional services. In this role, you’ll manage the complete sales process, from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and closing, while building strong client relationships and identifying new business opportunities. If you have proven MSP sales experience and a strong track record of closing deals, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate, qualify, and close recurring managed IT service agreements.
  • Sell Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, end-user support, remote infrastructure, and network management services.
  • Cross-sell cybersecurity and cloud solutions, including EDR, MDR, SOC, vulnerability management, backup, and disaster recovery.
  • Identify and close cloud migration, technology assessment, and cybersecurity projects.
  • Conduct discovery calls and qualify prospects based on technical and support requirements.
  • Manage multiple opportunities, proposals, pricing discussions, contracts, and change orders.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular forecasts.
  • Build strong client relationships and identify account growth opportunities.
Qualifications
  • 4 or more years of B2B technology sales experience, preferably within an MSP, MSSP, or IT services company.
  • Proven experience selling managed services, cybersecurity, cloud, licensing, or IT projects.
  • Good understanding of Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, cloud platforms, networks, and cybersecurity.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, discovery, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience using CRM and sales reporting tools.
