As a Home Health Aide, you'll provide high-quality care following the Plan of Care, ensuring patients' safety, well-being, and satisfaction. Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting patients with personal hygiene, dressing, bathing, and daily tasks
  • Performing basic health care services, such as checking vital signs and administering prescription medications
  • Helping with general light housekeeping
