Job description

The Client Relations Specialist will support the deal proposal development process by reviewing and coordinating requests submitted by the Field Sales Representatives. Collaboration with other departments, including but not limited to Product Development & Pricing, Legal and Finance & Accounting, is crucial to ensure the correct and timely setup of deals. The individual is responsible for generating and maintaining the legal agreements and schedules between TWS and its dealers/partners. The individual will liaise with TWS' vendors and partners to support the setup of new deals and coordinate the implementation of miscellaneous projects impacting their clients. The individual will be responsible for communicating with the client as well as all impacted parties timely and efficiently.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Build relationships and collaborate with field sales representatives, internal departments, and senior management
  • Review and analyze deal proposal requests to determine the proper course of action for setup, identify exceptions requiring approval, as well as potential agreement impact
  • Generate & modify legal agreements and consult with the legal department for any required customization
  • Review executed agreements, determine if changes are required for correct setup of the deal, and complete follow-up tasks required to correct, clarify, or research issues
  • Initiate the deal setup process for all teams within the process flow
  • Liaise with TWS' partners to ensure accurate and timely completion of setups
  • Lead the development and participate in the day-to-day execution of business requirements and test plans
  • Collaborate with teammates to ensure department processes, procedures and guidelines are kept up to date and accurate
  • Manage inter-departmental notifications and updates
  • Coordinate delivery of marketing material and supplies prior to launches
  • Identify areas for improvement, actively participate in and support new processes that are introduced, providing valuable feedback to ensure the success of initiatives
  • Create or amend operating procedures, and develop/maintain process flow diagrams for inter-departmental change initiatives
  • Develop and produce key management reports to improve efficiencies, minimize risk and maintain compliance
  • Review and store all documentation, correspondence and rate information in a designated location as instructed by company policy
  • Liaison between our clients and vendors
  • Special projects as assigned by immediate supervisor
