Job description

About Sprig

Sprig is building the AI-native successor to legacy survey tools, like Qualtrics, Medallia, and SurveyMonkey. We believe the future of experience research won’t be powered by slow, siloed platforms. It will be fast, intelligent, and deeply integrated into how modern teams build great products.

Our mission is to make deep customer understanding effortless and always on. With Sprig, product teams no longer guess. They know. We are creating a future where AI uncovers insights, accelerates workflows, and enables teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences in real-time.

Companies like Notion, Figma, Coinbase, and TripAdvisor already use Sprig to stay closer to their customers than ever before. We’re scaling quickly toward $100M ARR, launching new AI-powered capabilities, and expanding our impact across the world’s most innovative companies.

If you're energized by bold ideas, rapid growth, and the opportunity to redefine an entire category, we'd love to meet you.

About the Role

We're hiring a Marketing Events Lead to own the execution of Sprig's event programs, from field events and conferences to Sprig-hosted experiences and meetups. Events are at the heart of this role: you'll take programs from planning through execution, ensuring every experience runs flawlessly, achieves its goals, and leaves a lasting impression.

You'll work closely with the Go-To-Market team to bring Sprig's event calendar to life, coordinating across internal teams, vendors, speakers, and partners to deliver polished, high-impact experiences from planning through execution.

This role is ideal for someone with a few years of marketing or events experience who is ready to take on greater ownership. You thrive on logistics, love the energy of live experiences, and know how to turn a plan into a polished, well-executed event.

This role requires 4 days per week in our San Francisco HQ (Wed is WFH day).

Your Impact
  • Own end-to-end execution of field events, conferences, and Sprig-hosted experiences, including planning, venue coordination, vendors, budgets, timelines, and on-site execution

  • Attend Sprig’s flagship Experience Research Events and occasionally join dinners or other prospecting events to evaluate performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and inform future event strategy.

  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to align events with business goals, drive attendance, and ensure strong pre- and post-event follow-through

  • Manage direct mail and gifting programs tied to enterprise campaigns, events, and customer engagement

  • Support integrated campaign launches by coordinating marketing assets, communications, and program timelines

  • Track event performance and surface insights that help us continuously improve our programs and investment

  • Collaborate cross-functionally across Marketing, Sales, and Operations to deliver a high-quality attendee experience and measurable business impact

  • Willing and able to step in and support Sprig’s broader marketing and pipeline-driving efforts as needed.

Your Strengths
  • 2-4 years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, experiential marketing, or a related B2B marketing role

  • Experience independently managing events or programs from planning through execution

  • Enthusiastic about working on-site 4x/week and collaborating closely with teammates in person.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with confidence coordinating vendors, speakers, partners, and internal stakeholders

  • Highly detail-oriented and proactive, with strong judgment and the ability to solve problems quickly when plans change

  • Genuine enthusiasm for events, community building, and creating memorable in-person experiences

  • Experience with B2B or SaaS marketing programs is a plus

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and travel up to 10%

Benefits & Perks
  • Competitive Salary

  • Competitive Employee Equity

  • 401K Program

  • Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits

  • FSA/HSA Benefit

  • $175/month Commuter Benefit

  • Additional Wellbeing Benefits

  • Flexible Paid Time Off

  • Paid Parental Leave

  • Professional Development Stipend

  • Hybrid Office Policy
