About Baden Sports

Baden Sports is a leading wholesale sporting goods company specializing in balls and team sports equipment. Based in Kent, WA, our distribution center is a hands-on, team-oriented environment where people take pride in the quality of what goes out the door.


About the Role

You'll work in our Print Customization department, operating industrial equipment to decorate our sports products with logos, names, and artwork for customers nationwide. Equipment includes Pad Printers, DTS Printers, Laser Engravers, and Heat Decal machines - all skills we will train you on from day one. If you're detail-oriented, reliable, and ready to learn, this is a great fit.


? No experience? No problem. We provide full training on all equipment and processes.

$18.50 - $20.00/hr depending on experience

What You'll Do

Operate printing and engraving equipment (Pad Printer, DTS, Laser Engraver, Heat Decal) to decorate products per customer specifications - full training provided

Inspect finished product for quality; identify and communicate any issues to your supervisor

Prepare products for printing and shipping, including packaging, labeling, and palletizing

Inflate balls using inflation equipment as needed

Maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow good housekeeping practices

Work efficiently to meet daily production goals

Support other warehouse areas as needed

Requirements

 What We're Looking For

Must be 18 years of age or older

Strong attention to detail - quality matters here

Reliable, punctual, and committed to solid attendance

Able to read, write, and perform basic math

Team player who communicates well

Printing, warehouse, or production experience is a plus, but not required


Physical Requirements

This is an active, hands-on role in a warehouse environment. You should be comfortable with:

Standing for the duration of your shift

Repetitive movements including bending, pushing, and pulling

Lifting 25-50 lbs regularly

Working in a fast-paced production setting
